Hi, CE. :) I've got a few idea about Japanese books translated into English. May I send you email or PM, or shall I post here?

Hello Minerva :) Thanks a lot, please send your recommendations in a PM, that way I keep it. If you post it here it might disappear in the pile of spam :D

How are you doing?

@CE: Okay, no problem. :) I'll do that by the weekend, as I should go to bed now. :D

@Silmarie: Hello. :) Spam is something you just post for no obvious connection to the original post or topic... I think. :D Of course, you shouldn't do that in the serious thread (don't spam in the other forum, please). It's just posting and having fun, really... You'll learn soon. :D

Anyway, goodnight, both. :)

I think you will like it here :D

Spam is a slang word for junk, originally it's derived from a Monthy Python sketch where a man is going to order breakfast at some shabby place, and everything they got is combined with "spam". Here, we call "chat posts" or any post that doesn't concern the topic of a thread, "spam". :)

Weasel and Brink are the Master Spammers, they have close to 7000 posts each!!!

EDIT: Good night, Minerva :) Sleep well.

Well, just as Minerva wrote, we shouldn't we spamming in serious threads or in the game forums. But here, most threads will eventually evolve or deteriorate (pick your choice :D ) into spam, and it's by no means because of the newcomers. :o :D

what the hell is a spam??
You dare to ask what spam is? It is a gift from the some of the greatest people alive. It is what we are made off. It is our inner nature. It is like a drug, yet its not harmful(well maybe it is). To spam or not to spam, that is the question. It is the way of life. Learn from the masters. Learn it from the teachers of spam. It is what we spend our whole doing.
Look down the list of topics in SYM.
What is the point of topics such as:
Your Personal Theme Song???
The Throne of Weasel(ToW)
Rules for Cats
Fable's House of 3D Pancakes and Spam
Gratuitous blonde joke
Invasion of the TLA – Beware the Tossbag Lamer Army
They are spam, my friend.
Then we have those who fear it
Order of the Dark Flame: The Adventures Continue (no spam-story)

So friend, visit The new pre-spammer's guide to the SYM Forum-By Brink and learn the art.

But really spam is thinned cheap meat.

@Thorinn: Bring your pool table :) The interior design of this place is up to the customers. I can't go anywhere near furniture. Please do have insurances on the stuff you bring here :D ;)

@DP: Says the man with 4000+ posts  :D

Note: I am just one who spreads the idea. I am not the master. Talk to Weasel, Sleep, or Brink and if you wish to learn how to flame with finesse, talk to Waverly, but watch out, it may get dirty.
