BG2 takes place around a year after BG1.

Uh-huh, so Jahiera is supposedly 24 now???
Quite frankly, inferring from her portrait, I should say she's rather around forty, maybe forty five. :P Yup, that's when the distaff sides get their menopause.. so the romance won't be as exciting w/o some, intercourse :cool: anyway i don't have tastes for older women. Gross, makes you sick. :o

If I remember from one of the posts, Solar in the end says that the major of Bhaal essence is gone. Genes of your beloved father would however stay (let say it minor leftovers from Bhaal heritage), so even human protagonits would have far greater life span then the average, IMHO.

Thats why they made all romance girls elves.
The protagnist probably lives to be very old so I think he'll keep up with the girls because the protagnist has a bit of immortality granted by the faded but still present(in minor quantities) bhaal essence.
