Commandos II - silly question
This is an embarrasing question but... how do I enter through a door?
I have almost completed mission 2, rescued my men and killed/tied up all the baddies, and the last thing I need to do is to go inside a building and use the radio station in it to report. The door is facing northward and because of the 3D view I can't see it. If I press F11 I can see its outline, but that's pretty much everything. If I click on the door or on the house the guy I have selected just goes to the south wall and stays there. I can't even find a way to rotate the map!
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak

You can alter the perspective by depressing ALT and turning the necessary direction. Then you should be able to find the door, then press shift and move over the door with your mose pointer - wih shift still depressed - and you should be able to open the door

Actually, SYM is a spamming board, which explains my irrelevant post, above.Originally posted by Bordin_Steelaxe:

This is a roleplaying board, I think u should try a strategy board instead, u might have better luck there</STRONG>
For other Commandos 2 matters, try this forum: http://www.gametalk.com/talk/pc/commandos_2/
It's not very well-attended, but it's better than the others I've seen. Hope that helps.

What and my explanation wasn't sufficient?Originally posted by fable:

Of course it was. But Vicsun may have other questions when your august knowledge isn't available. Even the gods must sleep, and even Sleep must rest.Originally posted by Mr Sleep:

My post was rather ironical, aye?
I play all kind of games myself, actually I was a big Commandos fan, not to mention rts! RA was my all time favourite, and don't ask me how much time I've spent online just to play AoE2-AoK
But when BG came it just turned my computer-usability upside down...

I used to only have a 6GB hard disk, so i had to keep uninstalling/installing loads of games, but BG/2 have been pretty consistent
