Thats not what I'm saying at all. What I am saying is that the World is a damn big place, and for one country, and I don't care how much resources and people they got, they found suspects pretty damn fast. I think that is fishy, especially since it often takes the States months to find a murder suspect in their own country.

@Aegis:

How much evidence is enough?

Earlier this week one person said he was 90% sure it was bin Laden.

Now the rest of the government is following up on that statement, just being careful to not say 100% it was him. No one can ever be 100% sure of anything, but is 99.9% still enough for you? It doesn't sound like it would be.

Oh yeah: if someone in the government believed it was not bin Laden, he would speak up. If only to further his own political goals, he would expose this 'convenient finger pointing'.

You want evidence America works this way? Hillary Clinton herself said that it was possible to take out bin Laden in the last few years but that the order was never given. That will politically hurt her own husband - but since she stated it she won't lose any face herself. Welcome to America, Aegis. Secrets and conspiracies aren't kept this big, because someone will always be an informant for the big cover up.

*rolls her eyes, without the smirk that the smilie has* There is a difference between a murder suspect and someone who is suspected of terrorism, mass destruction, and mass murder on a far grander scale than any "murder suspect" has ever pulled off. If something of this sort had happened before, you'd have something to compare it to, but you don't. You can't honestly say that America is working too fast in this situation, that we normally don't work this fast when something like this happens because something like this hasn't happened, not on this grande a scale.

@Quark: I do, in fact, think that 99.9% still insn't enough, ebcause there is still that .1% chance.

@SS: Does it not stirke in the lest that the States performed a World Wide search, in a matter of a few days, and already caught people supposedly invovled? No Country is, or has even been the quick in a world wide search.

@All involved: I would like to say this right now, then I am dropping the entire arguement. The fact that I am being attacked by many people on this board right now because I merely stated the possible, I find very insulting. There have been one or two people who have at least seen where I was coming from, and said, yeah, maybe that could be. I'm not trying to convince people that there is a huge conspiracy, or that Bin LAden didn't do it. I merely made a few other possibilies open to all of you. Please, get off you high horse, and open your eyes to a bit of logic.

I'll get off my high horse, if you will. Don't act so innocent, Aegis. You are backing out a little to late, aren't you. Just because you didn't force your thoughts, on other people.

No, it doesn't. No country has ever been this quick, but no country has ever been through this an event this bad and have the resources the US has.

I am always open to logic. However, we(those of us disagreeing with you) have shown you more logic than you have shown us. Maybe you should take your own advice.

I don't have a problem with Aegis anymore. It's just everyone else. I don't mean to offend anyone either. Yeah right.

Don't bother I'm leaving. This place isn't fun anymore, it's all doom and gloom. I pity everyone.
