What happened to Waverly??

Dragon Wench said, "the priest at the nearby temple is quite skilled.....he...once helped me a long time ago...unfortunately....," and her words trailed off. "If he can't actually help maybe he knows of somebody nearby who can."

Georgi lowered Gwalchmai onto the floor. "Can you help him?"

"Of course, sister..." The priest beckoned and another came forward with various potions. "Of course, medicines cost money... but don't worry, my dear, we know the Harem can afford to pay." Georgi breathed a sigh of relief. She had little money with her.

She bent over Gwalchmai. He was pale, and covered in cold sweat. Taking a cloth, she wiped his brow as the priest examined the gash in his side and began to work his healing.

Gwalchmai moaned quietly, his eyes flickering open. Georgi took his hand. "It's ok, Gwalchmai... I'm not going anywhere..."

Kramo smiled. "Sometimes you scare me. Dp, was making sure I wasn't break your heart. And if I did, I was a dead man. I told him, how I felt about you. The same feelings he had for Odessa. That's when he hit me. I don't blame him, I probably would of done the same. When he hit me, I knew there was more, between him and Odessa than I thought. He wanted to make sure I wasn't going to pull, what Anomen did."

relieved that all her friends are together again. jenna, relished the idea that it is time to kick somebodies' butt. cleaning herself a bit and wished there was time for a hot bath. jenna looked at the mirror and to her shock, the dark woman from the temple ruin looked backed and smiled.

"savah, i've should have known." jennabard began remembering her darker days. in complete disgust, she looked back at her darker self, " i'll deal with you later, leech. my friends need me right now."

Dragon Wench, glanced over at jennabard, she seemed troubled. Come to think of it, she also felt unsettled. While in the temple ruins she had began to remember things that she had tried very hard to bury, now those memories threatened to consume her. She wondered if the darknes of the ruins was somehow responable for evoking the anxiety that they all seemed to be experiencing.

Loner never blushed, but now she felt warm color rising in her face. She took Kramo's hand. "That feeling is mutual," she said. "I...I trust you. To not break my heart, I mean. I trust you with it."

She cradled his face in her hands and gave him a long kiss, then left for Vivien's room. There was much to tell the others...

seeing how dragon is troubled by her presence. jenna hoped that she wouldn't remember what happened in their past. looking at dragon wench in the eyes jenna calmly told her, " don't worry, dragon, i won't let it happen again. we better deal with the guilded rose first."

His wounds healed as best they could be, Gwalchmai had slipped into a peaceful sleep.

"And you, my lady... Would you like me to heal your wound?" asked the priest.

Georgi blinked in confusion for a moment. She had forgotten her wounded arm in the midst of her worry. She consented... but if only you could heal all my wounds, priest, she thought to herself, memories crowding into her tired mind.
