Man Utd did. Watch this space re Leeds and Liverpool too.
It is really encouraging to see such teams nurturing the young talent, and be prepared to bring youngsters up through the ranks...
Beckham, Butt, Scholes, Giggs and the Neville brothers all came through the ranks at Man Utd and learned to play together alongside more experienced players such as Irwin, Keane, Cantona and Mark Hughes. This is the way to do it - obviously

Yes, yes, yes....Sweden have qualified for the World Cup.... What a fantastic closing to the game in Turkey....
Ohh...and England have a 2-0 lead...looking good for them too....

Knowingly subjecting children to it is child abuse.”
Unfortunately I can see very little to get exited about by Englands performance last night. We showed very little commitment and due to that we struggled in a game that should have just been a formality. Yeah I know we won but what a p*ss poor way of doing it.
Albania had absolutely no hope of reaching the world cup finals and England had to win this and the next game to guarentee themselves a place. Yet if you watched the game who would you say put more commitment into winning.. IMHO it wasn't England.
On a quick side note full marks go to David Seaman who I think played superbly and was the real reason that we managed to win the game.

Hehe...actually the game itself was just as bad as the one between Sweden and Turkey in the Euro 2000....the result though was the most important thing....

Well you must say, that scoring the final goal at that time, made it all worth it
Now Denmark just need to kick some Icelandic(sp?) butt to qualify, just because we couldn't beat N.Ireland when we played then (1-1 both times how bad are we )
