Hey, kawaii dog. 
We've got two cats, Forint and Leva. Forint follows me around like a dog (when he's not bounding across the house like a gazelle), and Leva insists on his rights to two-thirds of the bed whenever he's allowed to sleep in it. In short, they act so much like human beings that we are thinking of running them for US Congress in 2002. They have the advantage of being non-controversial, and unlike Dan Quayle, they have brains.
