In the beginning Buck created a site. To this site came people of varied backgrounds and formed a community. Buck then gave them SYM and all was well in the kingdom. Then...

I have had a great time here at GameBanshee. I followed Mr.Sleep and learned quick, finally by-passing Maurice and Mr.Sleep in post.Became spam and enjoyed it to the fullest.

I have went thru the flame wars and I'm sorry some of them led to Buck having to step in.

I seen friends come and go and some even came back

I learned from most of you to have a different look at life and to be more forgiven in my replies...instead of Flaming right of the bat.

Is this over? I really don't know, but is it time for a new crowd to move in and take up the torch?

Ubik, Gruntboy, Omar ect, ect, ect, have all moved on....will I follow in their path?

Part 2 (The days gone by)

Oct 2000 I get BG SoA in the mail and load it up. Having played BG1 I couldn't wait to play this new game.

I spend my time and finally beat the game, but I know I missed stuff. I had at this time already beat BG1 6 times...getting all the tomes. I didn't know at the time you could CLUAConsole in the books. Still I enjoyed going back thru BG1. The adventure and the little things I missed made it worth my time. I never used a walkthru for BG1 and didn't for BG2 as well.

Still I have to know all the secrets of a game. I decided to do a search and see what I could find on BG2. The first site (No name) I found wasn't to my liking, but they had a link page and I checked it out to see.
List there was a place called GameBanshee.

I looked around this place and found the forum. Saw that most of the questions were answered and that most had a spoiler warning.

I saved this site in my Favorites. I then lurked.

I watched Mr.Sleep, Maurice, KidD01, Bordin_Steelaxe, Nighthawk, and Sourced post in the

Still I didn't post, I went ahead and got a User name Weasel and waited......
