The false reports spread by the Spam Cult and the Lurker Cult are all untrue.

To be a communicator only requires a willingness to communicator with your fellow posters. The false rumors spread about this being another form of spamming, are unfounded. None have given proof to back their untrue, hurtful, heathen driven remarks up.

As for a fee....this is explained in the COMM contract. To reveil this on the board gives the evil vile Spam Cult an advantage.
