Who should I kill?

Post by Aribeth »

I finished game at 17 level, so I want to start again. I am going to try multiclass character, I will choose which classes.

But my question is... who should I kill? I know I need to kill monsters and bosses, but what about nurses and peasants?

Should I kill characters that give me a jobs and errands after I finished jobs and get a reward? Like Erik and Bethany? Should I try to kill Olef and Aribeth or Aarin Gend?
Should I kill citizens of Neverwinter after I finished all quests in Chapter One (not including Chapter finale) or right from the start?

I wouldn't. I mean, what's the point?
It's not like killing peasants and nurses would net you lots of experience points or loot. I doubt you could reach a higher level that way. Also, I really, really doubt that any of them pose any kind of challenge for your character whatsoever.
Besides, I'm sure some NPCs like Aarin are unkillable, since the plot can't continue with them missing. Or it would break some quests. Killing everyone else could also result in broken quests or in NPCs refusing to inteact (trade) with your character.

But it's your game, so if that's how you enjoy it...have fun! :)

I think you can level in the south area where whenever you get a puzzle answer wrong it summons skeletons. Just don't level up until you have earned enough experience because when you are higher level you get less xp per fight. Is that correct?

Is the reason that you want to level up to 20?
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
