Yeah, I liked him best, too. He was an excellent composer and a mellow, friendly kinda guy, who unfortunately faded easily into the background next to McCarthy's glamour, Lennon's rebel image, and Starr's idiot hijinks.

Well i never really listened to the Beatles. My friend loved them. He was obssesed. But its still sad to here about this.
Just looking at all those videos of the Beatles in the 60's makes me sad. The Beatles started the whole 60s thing. All of the innoncence.
