Is a tough mother. I was under the impression that witchers were the best of the best to begin with and possessed the capacity to consume highly toxic potions. I could not take this bastard at lvl 37-38 on an equal footing which is to say without using signs, or potions, or applying something to the sword (same one he wields) while wearing the excellent leather jacket. So the experience wound up being a little incongruous with the rest of the game.
