Hi everyone,
This is my first tread and, as the title suggests, I'm lookning for some interesting mod in radically change my experience with Oblivion.
My main problem is the levelling system, but not the PC aspect. I'm talking about how all the creatures and the environent level with you. (In my first playthrough I had Acrobatics in my major skill and I had to change the game into easy mode).
I divide myself to OOO (the Lite version, with some major change) and the Francesco's mod. I dont' think the problem with Oblivion is the graphic or that I need wings on my shoulders (although I think that are very cool mods...)
Tell me what do you think and I hope someone would explain the differences between the two mods above.
Thanks in advance
Post Scriptum: I apologize if there is an existing thread regarding this, but I serched the forum and I haven't found.

As for mod suggestions, there have been tons of great suggestions made already. So check the forum archives. I recommend searching for both Fable's and DragonWench's posts.
The main difference between OOO and Fransesco's is that OOO adds much more than just a replacement for level scaled monsters/items. OOO adds a LOT of new factions, items, some quests, ~fluff. Some areas have been modified so much that they run significantly slower because of all the added content and depending on your system's specs your Oblivion installation may be more prone to crashing (for example when you quit the game). One such area will lie north-east of Anvil and lies pretty much in the middle your quickest approach towards the city. It is also my opinion that the manual of OOO doesn't do a particularly good job explaining where you can find the beginnings of these new quests, items, etc. It's just a little.. messy.
Fransesco's mod just does the one thing: revamp the level scaling, so you can install your OWN mods that deal with extra factions, monsters or items. I think Fransesco's still adds a bit of diversity to the creatures in the game, (like more types of wolves), but nothing radically different like what you might expect from OOO, which sometimes looks like fantasy on crack.
Fransesco's is a neater mod that adds almost no fluff, and is therefor easier to combine with other mods. OOO adds so many things in so many places and does such a mediocre job in telling what is where, that it's a lot harder to predict where a random mod might conflict with it.

thank you very much.
I think is much more suitable for me the Francesco's mod although I like the magics mod fro OOO (the fact that every spell power costs less mana and do more damage... when I was back in Kvatch in the vanilla Oblivion at level 20, my second playthrough, I run out of mana and restore potion and I was overwhelmed by clannfear, fire atronach and so on... but I died with honor! WTF!!! I thought that maybe some points in blade and blocking wouldnt hurt....)

I'm not sure if you can 'only' just install the magic mod from OOO because that mod might still be dependent on the OOO core mods that you don't want. I am 100% certain however that you can find similar magic mods as separate downloads. Tesnexus should be able to help you out here quickly.

I have read the OOO readme and I am not sure either.
I just found on tesnexus supreme magicka mod that has all I need plus some cool feature like area spell, light spell for vampires, summoning more creatures and so on...
to be honest with you the main topic of the thread is because the vanilla Oblivion is a game with full potential, as you can see, but with poor development. and I think that out there there are some real good mods that enhanced the vanilla version to a real good game. (Francescos or OOO are two fine example).
and "I'm looking for suggestions" because it's my first time on modding, I have seen many many description of mods in tesnexus or other sites, and I wanted to hear from the people that are using them...
