Caster level increases.

I'm using Kaedrin's PRC pack. The build I have in mind is Wizard 6/Swiftblade9/EldritchKnight10/Dragonslayer5. This nets me a caster level of 24 (28 with Practised Spellcaster) and a BAB of 27.
Are there any other caster level boosters that allow me to reach CL 30? Also, any idea if Practised Spellcaster counts for the caster level minima in item enchanting in MotB?
