shale is stuck *spoiler*

I'm in the Circle Tower and got sent to the Fade by the Sloth Demon. I've beaten everything so far, but when I go to awaken Shale I can't leave. There is a half-buried statue blocking the path back to the fade portal. I can get by it to get to Shale, but not back to the fade portal. Anyone else have this problem? Why the heck would the designer put such a stupid bottleneck there? If this means I have to replay the entire tower without Shale I'm going to be pissed!!

Haven't had this particular problem. Maybe you could try taking on the mouse form (smaller size)?

Don't know if this will help, but most people have found it impossible to move around in Shale's Nightmare except thru the Keyboard. It has been reported, I think, as a bug.

worst case scenario it means facing the Sloth demon without Shale, just rescue the other two and go to the middle without entering Shale's nightmare if you can't find a better solution
