Stuck finding T’sen-Ang

I accidentaly killed lady that works in Tarant Hall of Records and i can't find that note about Terwilliger so Caladon won't appear when i read Curse of T’sen-Ang and i also can't find T’sen-Ang with my current coordinates. Can anyone help please ?!

Can you get to Caladon by just using the coordinates? You need to the continue the quest there before going to the dark elves.
