Help...killed Cariden and did not have shale in party at the time. Scratched names on golem regitry on paper and gave to shapers I beieve?? . Went back to camp and included Golem...lied anout knowing anything other than Cariden dead, gave me a quest. I took her back to Anvil of the void area and showed the registry and "nothing seemed familiar to her, but perhasp if it was on a piece of paper would remember?"
How do I please complete this quest? Spoiler
When you take Shale to a location in the Deep Roads (including the Anvil of the Void), he should remember about Cadash Thaig, and it should show up on your Deep Roads map.

Cadash Thaig should be apparent on you map when entering/leaving the deep roads once you have talked to Shale after Cariden/Branka. It may require going into the deep road first and then initiating dialog again with her (..at the entrance of one of the thaigs, doesn't matter which one). At that point Cadash Thaig should be on the map - so go to the nearest deep road exit/entrance and look for it on your map.
IF it doesn't appear after this then reload to a prior save in hopes of getting it to become visible.
