XBoX360 Dark Brotherhood Glitch

I was kicked out of the Dark Brotherhood right before the last mission where I work with Lucious, but I could still complete the quest. I have been working on them while "kicked out", but I finally got to a quest where I have to kill this archer at a shrine in a town. I killed him and Lucious came to me and said I am kicked out of the Brotherhood (again), but this is where the glitch comes in. I can't do anything but go into sneak mode, move in a circle (cant move forward or backward), and change screen views.

The quest is A Kiss Before Dying.

Have you checked the last page of your spell inventory to see if any effects are causing the problem, and your attributes page to see if your strength has been damaged?

Damaged strength attribute is a pain.

I don't see why I would get that effect especially when he tells me to leave, but I will check it.

Also if you are stuck in the world geometry, try and enter a building or get yourself knocked down. If you aren't stuck in the world geometry go ahead and try either thing anyway.

Just to add to what Salidin said - have you tried fast travelling to somewhere? If you are stuck in the scenery, fast travel will get you out of it.

I can't do anything but look around. I hit B and nothing happens, I hit x same thing. All the buttons do not work except the right joy stick.
