The quest-giver should have survived as a ghoul. Look for her at the ruins or at Underworld.

Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

Very interesting, always like that NPC. Although I don't usually blow out Megaton sooner or later I will  just to see how Bethesda worked out that effect u know ...

Yeah last time around I blew up the bomb just to see what happens (and to try using TPT as a home instead of Megaton)

The resulting explosion is dead impressive and worth doing the once just to see it.

Also.the WSG quest is worth doing early on to get some good gear and it gets you quite a few discovered locations spread out on the map once you've finished it, these are useful for fast travelling to reach quest targets without having to traipse for ages.

Colin Moriarty lost and Billy refuses

hey :) I need help of someone who has finished this quest or so ...

*spoilers here* I'm collecting the 3 books required for Moira, I can't get the 2 of Megaton (one with the ghoul of Moriarty's saloon and the other with Billy Creel) cause first I can't find Moriarty anywhere!! I mean, I have to dispatch him to finish my deal with Nova about convincing the ghoul to give the book to me.
Second, Billy Creel refuses to give me the book even after having the sex animation with him (I mean, there are no dialog options available even though he says he'll give me the book).

so??

edit: sorry, this is actually for the Seducing woman quest mod, which fires after this survival guide that's why I confused them. Maybe an admin can move to a Seducing women thread or delete this if wished.
