So this mod provides you with just the formula or does it take your stats into consideration to produce the actual numbers to plug into the talent description.

Formula only. It also doesn't consider difficulty level(playing Nightmare atm and the stun/sleep/etc. times are seldomly accurate), but it's very very nice to have nevertheless.

Indeed. I can live without the *exact* numbers, but getting the relative effectiveness and more accurate descriptions of the spells & talents is extremely nice.

Omg, patch 1.02 released :(
I think I'm going to wait until there's a new version of the tooltip mod before patching.
