Dwarf Noble - Blood Dragon Armour (minor spoiler)

For my second run i wanted to make a warrior, dwarven noble.
Finally being able to wear that Dragon plate i got from the DLC. But as soon as I finish my origin story I lose all my equipment, including the armor!
Anyway to prevent this?

After browsing the Bioware forums i found the following sollution (in case someone else has the same problem)

- Save game
- Quit to menu
- Deselect in the downloadable content menu all items you want to get back
- Load your savegame and FORCE load
- Save your game in another saveslot (just in case)
- Quit to menu
- Reactive all downloadable content
- Load your latest savegame
- The items should be in your inventory again
