I asked this question in Fallout 1@ 2 forum, but thought I would post here in the event someone here way have the GoTY edition.
Sorry about the duplicate question.
Does anyone know if the GoTY Edition of FO3 is fully patched.

Should be.

GotY is also the only way to get a Disk version of Mothership Zeta DLC.
