Martin wont tell me what to do next?

Im playing Oblivion, and i just got the Mysterium Xarxes to Martin at Cloud Ruler Temple. However, from what ive read, hes supposed to tell me what to do next. Ive been waiting like 2 weeks(game time) for him to say hes done, but everytime i talk to him he says hes still reading or whatever. How long does it take him to tell me what to do?

Have you tried fast traveling to another city, and then back again to speak with Martin?

Martin doesn't give you the next part of the quest Jauffre does.

And, to follow galraen, I'm pretty sure Martin must have told you, when you first spoke to him, that you should 'speak to Jauffre'.
