does skill wisdom auto activite?

Survival skill- Wisdom can allow us to draw more experience , when we learn this skill, and plus skill point on it, i guess it is auto activite? do i ?

does wisdom skill share with hero and deathknight?
ex deathnight has 2 points in Wisdom, Hero has 3 points in Wisdom. do they both get 5 point(5%) extra experience in the same time ?

Yeah, it applies automatically. The characters don't share skills, though. The deathknight will get 2 and the hero will get 3.
