Tomb of Souls - Cant use the password!

I took the vial of blood to the Vale, no problem, I have the password to get into the Tomb of Souls. Its listed in my quest log.

But when I approach TOS, it doesn't give me the option to say the password.

I have placed 4 emblems at the chamber in Talendor. And I have to go through TOS to get Vortugg's eye (I think)

What to do?

I think you just need to move back a little, so the caption at the bottom reads "The Watcher" (I think, it's been a while). You just may be too close to the door.
