well i know we`re in 2009 and all but i`m having the same problem as the poster above...
tried starting a new game but the first brick i ran across (the one in the sewers) was also bugged... how come they are bugged now and they were working before getting the CE ?

so is there any newer patch than 1.5 ?
i don`t want to use those game editors i just want to be able to use the bricks on my own since i hate cheating and cheaters
i really enjoy re-playing this game with my friends and trying more character builds

1.5 was the last patch. Have you built up your Scout skill? You need a certain amount of Scout to detect loose bricks.

Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

wow
thanks for the fast reply

i didn`t knew you needed scout to open them (i had a dumb urgoth warrior-type /melee-type character before CE [on v1.4] and he didn`t have any scouting skill and i still managed to get through the game even though it was quite troublesome)

do you happen to know approximately how much scouting skill is enough to get the essential trap doors (i don`t want to get to secret areas too because i`m still playing a dumb character warlord/paladin)

LE: i had to put in 4 points in scout to be able to notice that brick (and i was just saving for my last point in heavy pole weapons for the class advancement requirements :( )

I think those 4 points will notice just about everything.
