Ok, here is my problem, I need to make fortify skill spells from the spell making alter. But I cant find any spells to can buy that give me fortify to any skill so that fortify skill will show in the list of spell efects at the alter.
I wonder if i find a fortify skill on armor or a scroll if it will let me make a spell?
Anyone got any advice or help i would really apricitate it. I already went to anvil mage guild and a few churches, all i found was fortify attribute and absorb skill/attribute.
