Vampire cure problem

When gathering the ingredients for the Vampire cure, I am stuck with not being able to give the witch at Drakelowe the bloodgrass she is asking for, because the option doesn't even show up when I talk to her! I have the 360 version so I can't cheat my way through either. Any ideas on how to get past this?

I think I may know my problem, I am also in the middle of a quest for the mages guild called Ulterior Motives, and I am stuck with waiting for the count to reply, I even tried talking to his bodyguard guy, he just keeps on saying that it hasn't been a day yet!

By saying "bodyguard", did you mean Mercator Hosidius?
If yes, then wait outside the castle for 24 hours, then return to him.

Finish this quest first before finishing others that involve the Count
