Stuck in act 2, some help required

umm i'm stuck in act 2, i have done all of the quests in act 2 except cure the town, i have gone to the alchemist hideout in the fire element Forrest and there is no one in there, i need some help plz. I would also like to know how to get out of the town after curing it.

The alchemist should be in his cave in the [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/beyonddivinity/walkthrough/fireelementalforest.php"]fire forest[/url] (#1 on the map). If he's not it may be bug since there's nowhere else he should be. Are there no little green crosses on your mini-map? You might try loading an earlier save as well.

Also, have you discovered the cause of the plague and informed the chieftain's son? Spoiler--->

The floogefrogs are the cause

. This should definitely be done (as well as every other thing you might want to do in act II) before you start working with the alchemist to cure the village. Once you do, the main quest will kick in and eventually get you out of the imp village and act II.

yeah i have found the cause of the plague, im just not sure what to do now, and i have no earlier saves :S
