Spoiler - Siege Towers

Post by Claudius »

Do I need to kill the enemies that come out of the towers or blow the whole tower up? I am trying to target them with spells but it does not seem to work..
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

..enemies.

Think area effects (extended if possible). One or two for paralysis and one or two for damage on either end of the wall (the closer *middle* locations can be handled by melee-types). Sand is good for this if you memorize the appropriate spells.

(..the same holds true for a number of areas in the game.)

Yeah I read the GB but then in game the siege tower nearest me did not glow red. I cast 2 empowered fireballs near it and nothing happened?

It might both then (I don't remember if it was an infinite "stream" of men or not though).. i.e. take out all the men first and then start damaging the tower. Who knows? Fireballs might not do the trick, consider greater missile storm once the men are gone, or just "whack" away at it. I think I might have had Kelgar whittling away on them.

Hmm, kinda makes me want to re-vist the OC.

I was able to target the remaining Siege Towers. I think that Elanee destroyed the first siege tower which is why I thought I couldn't target it. It was already dead!

But they are targetable and it tells you an indication of how close to destruction they are 'very wounded' and so forth.
