ok I am not a bad dancer but should i stretch before attempting to dance like david elsewhere? Is he made of rubber? I swear the first time I watched this video of him I wondered if he didn't have bones. The vid is at MOTOROKR E8 David Elsewhere curious what your opinion is. I get a kick out of it. How does he dance like that?

If stretching means your regular warm up stretchings, then my reply would be: not enough. The dude prolly is into yoga or something...BlondGamer wrote:ok I am not a bad dancer but should i stretch before attempting to dance like david elsewhere? Is he made of rubber? ...then again the guy is just fluid like the rest of them dancers. Chances are, he can just do the moves more convincingly than most, thus making himself move like Mr. Fantastic.

The movements show in your link are not particularly difficult at all. In fact, they are quite simple. You don't need to be made of rubber or anything. The difficult part is the coordination and timing. However, you should always warm up before any exercise.
