I just thought I'd share this weird little discovery in the Undersigil (I have all three of Qwinn's mods installed, but that may not make any difference).
Found a zombie claiming to be the Vaults of the Ninth World! He wouldn't give me a sack of coins, though.
You can see the zombie feet in the middle-left, right next to TNO's feet. But I noticed the zombie feet are visible only from certain angles. From what I could tell, the dialogue is identical to what you'd get in the Lower Ward.
And I even got three glabrezu in a single Undersigil jaunt. But they only dropped useless coins, bah.

Hmmm. That probably indicates the presence of a bug. When the game engine is told to start a dialogue, but the specified dialogue file isn't attached to any nearby creature (which -should- never happen), it creates a zombie and has the conversation with him. I'm guessing that afterwards it resets the zombie's dialogue file to be that Vault dialogue.
Since I don't think there's anyone down there with whom you can have a conversation, that probably implies that an inter-party banter caused the problem. If such a conversation happens, you -should- see the name attached to part of the banter conversation be "Zombie", and it'll be the zombie that's highlighted. Note also that it's possible that the conversation could -start- with the right PC's giving their dialogue, but a subsequent line could wind up creating the zombie.
If you have lots of saved games, I'm tempted to ask if you could try to reproduce it by loading a saved game prior to that zombie appearing, then (if you have my banter accelerator installed) resting a few times to trigger banters to see if you can recreate the problem.
