Burden of Flesh Answer!
You can get it randomly off the body of a higher level dremora caitiff,or kynreeve.Either in Caves or Oblivion. Its a enchanted dremora mace.

I am currently traveling through cyrodiil.I'm exploring Lost Boy Caverns, after I'm done there I am heading over to Bravil' mage's guild to join the guild.
Just from the lower Dremora, Churls or Caitifs actually, Kinreeves and Kinvals have swords.
I was fortunate enough to get one from the Sigil Keeper in the Kvatch Oblivion Gate on one run through.
PS Just to clarify, Kinval Archers can have non-magical maces, but not enchanted ones, they can however have enchanted swords.

Yeah I had doubts about the kynreeves but I personally got one from a caitiff before so i thought i should comment.galraen wrote:Just from the lower Dremora, Churls or Caitifs actually, Kinreeves and Kinvals have swords.

I wasn't sure Altmer1989, I recalled getting one off a Churl, so I looked it up. I also tend to get Kinvals and Kinreeves confused, and the fact that some Kinvals (Archers} do have mundane maces confused me too.
