Okay, so i accepted the quest to kill king farad, but then i told willoughsby about it, and he killed the guy. which was fine, thats what i wanted....

I would recomend loading a saved game and just assasinate the king with out telling the other guy

On the page for Dwarven Trait with no special background it reads that the character starts with +2 Ranks to all Tech skills. On the following page...

Actually, each character point is +4 skill points. Therefore the +2 bonus is 1/2 a character point.
