Normal Bard Song increases Luck and Morale.
Luck decreases attack rolls and damage caused by enemies. Effect increases as Bard level increases. Don't have any stats, though. This is straight out of the manual.

Chapters 4 and 5 are a little dry when it comes to Romance dialogue. I wouldn't worry about it if you are in chapter 4 or the beginning of chapter 5.

I had the same glitch as Omar..the unnamed god appeared twice...had to repeat the dialogues for each manifestation but the second one didn't disappear..I only got experience points for the first one..

Alright, so the link doesn't work either. But this is worth the effort.Suffice to say that the last 4 characters of the authors name rhyme with 'sock'.

I especially liked the Elric and Corum portion of the series.

I would recommend anything by Michael Moore****. Especially his Eternal Champion series..

I started reading Fantasy novels when I was 11 years old. D&D then AD&D were a natural progression. Software RPGs are the icing on the cake, though.

Summon Horny Poodles (lvl 5)

This spell summons 1d6 horny poodles that will hump the legs of your enemies. Enemies are slowed unless beset by 2 or more poodles in which case the target is held.

There are a number of Charisma related dialogues in the Underdark and rejecting Phaere is one of them. If you have the Ring of Human Influence I strongly suggest you wear it while dealing with with the Drow.

Sooo many good reasons to keep Jaheira around.

1)Quests, dialogues and Romance threads add depth to the game.

2) Get a decent Scimitar in her hand and she can hold her own.

3) Insect Summoning and Fire Elemental = 32oz can of whoopass ( extra chunky ). I've kinda grown attached to the Fire ...

I was surprised that Jaheira didn't have anything to say after I whacked Galvary. Not a peep. I ran around looking for stray Harpers thinking I had missed one..

All the magic items in a characters inventory would be instantly identified.

X-Ray Vision -

Greater Tourette's -
Enemies begin spouting obscenities involuntarily. Confusion and -2 to hit ...

Just knowing the order from left to right isn't enough..you need to click on the pipes in a certain order as well..then the proper item will be removed from your inventory automatically..

I'm with Chrissy: the prison break in the beginning is tedious. It was great the first time through but I found it annoying the second time through..

I had the same problem my second time through. You must exit the city via the City Gates. I had to try it a few times before it worked.
