I am not sure whether this topic has been discussed or not but I am curious as to if there is any armour out there that reduces Arcane Failure to 0%. I'm not sure whether to have my wizard train to Armor Proficiency Heavy for the armor advantage because of the high arcane failure. Also, are there ...
