Ok, here is my problem, I need to make fortify skill spells from the spell making alter. But I cant find any spells to can buy that give me fortify to any skill so that fortify skill will show in the list of spell efects at the alter.

I wonder if i find a fortify skill on armor or a scroll if it ...
