And while we're on the subject of grammar ...
"This game is addicting"
Wrong. (And intensely irritating

)
'Addict' is not a verb.
"This game is addictive"
Right.
'Addictive' is an adjective.
Please learn this, Americans.

PC Gamer, the UK's best selling PC games magazine, has awarded NwN
Game of the Month with 94%, beating Warcraft 3 with 90% and GTA 3 with 92%.
Good, eh?

I
really love the attention to detail they gave the avatars - all those little waves and bows and cheers and things.
When we cast spells from scrolls, we actually see our avatar get out the scroll and read it. How good's that?
It's the little things.

can i use that same character in the official campaign on a different module?
Like what Nygma said.
To do it, load a saved game, go to 'options', hit 'save character'.
The game'll put a .bic file in your local vault (the $\local dir).
You can then pick this character when joining a server ...

The former.

Straight from the manual
Yes, umm, RTFM, always a good place to start.
I don't know which version of the manual you've got, but my P114 has Cleric spells.

I've completed the game once with a Cleric.
Clerics aren't my favourite class, but I decided to play one first for two reasons. First, they're good for testing out different abilities in the game as they have good armour selection, decent weapon selection, access to spells, and aren't awful in melee ...

It's pretty straightforward. :)
If you have more than one magic item equipped which adds the same type of bonus to your AC, they don't stack; rather, the item with the largest bonus will be used.
e.g. You wear Chain Mail +2 (Armour bonus) and Bracers of Defense +1 (Armour bonus). You will receive ...

I dunno what 'BAB' stands for, but I assume it's your bonuses to hit for each attack/round. If so, yeah, it's a bug with the character sheet not updating properly.

There's a few similar bugs with the character sheet ... don't believe what you read in the papers, as they say.

Minor spoiler ...
My Cleric found a light hammer with the Knock spell on hit ... :D Combine that with Protection from Elements to soak trap damage, and Thieves suddenly don't look so invaluable.
Unfortunately she found the hammer in chapter 4.
If I'd found it earlier on, I've have been using Tomi ...

there are some people on this board who think NWN looks better than Morrowind
Guess what.
;)
But seriously, this is how I think they shake up graphically.
(Me = AMD 1.4Ghz, 512Mb, GF3 64Mb)
Morrowind's environments are gorgeous.
The water, mountains, trees, weather effects ... the lot ...

Listen, if you play a fighter- type in singleplayer then yes, it is going to be eas ier , because the SP has to be roughly balanced for all the classes.
If you want more of a challenge, I suggest playing Wizards, Clerics or Rogues. If you're already playing on the D&D difficulty (and there is one ...

I've done some very un-Lawful things; like, break into people's houses, rob the rooms of inns, etc.
No offense, but that's a bit of a narrow cliched view of what a Lawful character wouldn't do. Sure, in general, a Lawful character will obey 'laws', but it really goes a lot deeper than that. Think ...

Let everyone play the game as they see fit.
I agree with you in principle, and it certainly doesn't effect me what people do in singleplayer, nor is it any of my business; however, using such an exploit only harms that player's fun in the long run by making the game too easy. But perhaps they're ...

Effects are only cumulative if they have a plus in front.
Spell resistance doesn't seem to.
The total effect will simply be the highest ... in your case 16.
That it still says 16 if you remove all your equipment is prolly a bug. I've noticed the character sheet often doesn' t update properly.

One thing to bear in mind is that the highest spell level you can cast is not effected by any equipment which raises the determining stat.
In practice, my 19th level Cleric with natural 18 Wisdom was unable to access 9th level spells, even with a +5 Periapt of Wisdom equipped. I had to wait 'til ...

If I were making the game, I'd preroll all hitdice at character creation so as to avoid exploits like these.
Either that, or I'd take the rounded up average, for example, a Cleric gets d8, the average of which is 4.5, rounded up is 5. So the Cleric would get +5 +bonuses HP per level.
But rerolling ...
