I've beat oblivion n done every guild n main quest line so I'm going to restart the game over , I'm wondering what is the best type of mage character to make and what skills and stats to put into?

i got a suspension for killing a mage guild member when i was doing the theif guild quest arrow of extrication , i have 20 vampire dusts but i cant seem to find daedra hearts. only place ive found them is shops and ive only got 8/20. does anyone know any caves or any places were daedric monsters ...

Hi I play Oblivion on the Xbox-360 and im wondering if its worth it to buy shivering isles expansion from xbox live , and how much it costs ( i dont have xbox live yet so im wondering ). can anyone give me any information?
