can someone please tell me where vampires are in morrowind 3? i cant seem to find them and how would i get the vamparism curse and once i do is there a way to cure it? and is there a way to cure the werewolf cure to?

there is a lock level 100 door in the dwemer ruins under mournhold square that i cant get in-because i have a feeling the satchel charges are in there, so is there some key or spell i can use to get in there?
