Claudius is right. You have to rescue him from the soul cage first. After you do so he promises he will find some way to repay you. Then you will find him in the tower of Judgement.

I am a lvl 52 conquerer and do over 1700 dps which is pretty good for this lvl melee character. I had to really dope up on items which increase attack speed to get this high number though!

I just beat titan quest (with the IT expansion) on normal mode. The thing that strikes me weird is that I did not run into ANY Legendary items! Is this somewhat normal? I am a lvl 43 conquerer and actually had to do trades with people to get the legendary items that I have now. The ...
