No Legendary Items?

No Legendary Items?

Hello all,

I just beat titan quest (with the IT expansion) on normal mode. The thing that strikes me weird is that I did not run into ANY Legendary items! Is this somewhat normal? I am a lvl 43 conquerer and actually had to do trades with people to get the legendary items that I have now. The funny thing is that I have gotten Massive amounts of epic items though! I have already done searches on this forum and have read that there will be more probably available (legendary items) on epic mode but wanted to see if anyone else out there has had similar experiences...
