Is there a way to get out of Dustman's Crypt without picking the lock? I don't see a way out except thru the door I came thru and it locked behind me. I kinda suck at lock picking.

Got a newbie question. How do I kill a ghost? Regular swords are useless (not a surprise from my Morrowind playing). But a lesser fireball doesn't seem to do anything either (which is a surprise). Maybe I just didnt hit it enough times?
