this is the only tactic u will ever need in BG1 (except when fighting sarevok):

first a stink cloud into the fog of war (or where the enemies are)and just summon skeletons who are immune to its affects. keep ur party away!! then go for a stroll.

lets all share some cheesy tactics!!

my favorite is the 'close the door' tactic: basically since monsters can't open doors just cloudkill(a few times) and close that door.

especially useful in the mind flayer fortress (temple district sewers in SoA)

What did ppl think and feel of/about the ending?? (relief,anger,paranoia, etc?) For some reason it didn't feel complete to me...the battle with M wasn't that hard...u didn't actually get to kill her...and it wasn't exactly a fair fight...(that fallen solar got taken out by minsc alone! and he wasn't ...

this is because for those ppl(who bought BG2 really early on) would have went into tob (with an import) with level 20 max characters. my paladin only moved about 9 levels....not even close to 34....i know that one can solo through the game but that just kills the story line...

has anyone actually maxed out their characters by going through the game once? i mean without exporting a high level character and starting from the beginning again. I only could get up to level 29 for a paladin!?!? and i completely killed all the quests...someone help!! what am i missing!!
