I acquired the elven fire blade at the hall of weapons in Arindale. It doesn't seem to be doing fire damage, at least not visibly. Do I have to go to the Vale of Ruin to charge it? In the version 1.3, the blade was already charged, and the visit to the Vale was essentially pointless. Can anyone ...
