Actually, I think the conflict between SC and Amn would come down to the match between Noober and Neeber. No one else would be able to put even word between them. Man, I would like to see that conversation! :D :D :D

I agree. Besides, if you read carefully, before the patch they say it is a list of major fixes, so there are probably a lot of fixes that Bioware fixed but thought they are not worth of mention. I understand, the major ...

Use any item ability - how it should be

I agree that in its present form Use any Item is overkill. I would like that Bioware would modify this ability: it would be much more balanced and interesting, that thief could pick this ability not once, but many times at every level up, however every time thief could learn the use of only one item ...

I still think the conflict between SC and Amn would become Mage wars. And I am sure, there would be so many mages in Faerun who would oppose the possibility of yet another piece of land to be under Cowled Wizards, that the CowWiz phrase: "Our numbers are many, you will be overwhelmed!", would stop ...

I would vote for Sword Coast over Amn. Amnish regulation over Magic forced many wizards to leave. Remember, in BG2 manual Elminster comment? " Even I had to be careful in these lands?", or something. So I would think there are more better Mages you could find in the Sword Coast, and those who do not ...
