I'm level 15 and trying to complete the Azura's Shrine quest. I have already killed the 5 vampires inside the mine and I have the note found on the last body. But when I attempt to approach the shrine again, nothing happens. I cant activate the shrine or summon Azura again. Also, I dont have the ...
