Side note

This is actually my second time through and the first time I did not encounter any lagging issues. This is driving me crazy!!!!

Who Cares,
The problem did seem to start at the pools, but it continues to persist no matter where I go. I just started a new game tonight and everything was fine, but after about 5 minutes, the lag sets in and get progressively worse and all I was doing was running around downtown.

Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I checked the CPU time and it was at 75% (still a little high). I also do not have any other programs running, in fact, I restarted the system several times to refresh it. As for the "buffness" of my system - 3.2 CPU, 1Gb mem, 9600 Video Card with 256Mb. I ...
