Well, that was a short lived break... They seem to be closing down this joint for the night. Oh, well. Guess I can go count floor tiles in the hall. *sigh*

I'll take a cup of the regular coffee with a bit of cream and sugar. This seems like the perfect place to relax while I wait for my fiance to get out of class.

Wizo...
Don't know what those German lads are singing about, but I like how it sounds. Now, if there were only a music store that was decent around here....

@Chanak - I swear that the first time I read your post you said "Marmot," as in those little, furry, rodent type things. After reading it again, and laughing hysterically, I realized you were talking about something else (I had to read the other thread to fully understand, though).

Thanks for the ...

Jet... loved the band when I first heard thier music. Unfortunately, radio stations (at the behest of music companies I am sure) feel the need to play popular music to death. I actually get physically sick when I hear that song from Jet now (which is sad, I really liked it at first). It's not only ...

Mmmmmmm... toast. Perhaps the perfect breakfast food. I don't think that my favorite has been mentioned yet, though. Lots of butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar (enough to make it crunchy).

Yum... think I'm going to go have some.

Ahhhh.... that explains it, and why I didn't know what it meant (I never take that character in my party). Thanks for the info.

As for the clothing change, it doesn't just happen with beginning a new game or install, but it happens right during the game. For example, I went to the merchant (Elence ...

Has anyone seen this?

I don't think this is spoilerish, but you never know... be warned.

I just started a new game and for some reason was checking out the hint message between area loads (I usually pay them no attention because I swear I have seen them all). To my surprise, there is a new one! I am sure that it ...

This always took me by surprise in both BG1 as well as SoA. Actually, I can only think of it happening once or twice in SoA, and I am pretty sure that both times it happened in the druid grove. I am pretty sure that I checked to make sure it wasn't a call lightning spell, and indeed it happened both ...

This got me the first couple of times trying to dual class as well. I haven't found it in the manual, but it is on the dual class screen.
To dual class, the character must have a 15 or higher in thier prime requisite (attribute) of current class and a 17 or more in the class they are changing to ...

Hmmmm... interesting concept. I personally have never heard of a mod like this but do have a solution (might not be exactly what you are looking for though). You can basically put items into any chest and retrieve it later. One that I use often is a basket laying on its side in the docks district ...

Greetings

I just wanted to say hello to everyone that is here. I have been hanging around for a while now, but haven't posted yet. The other day I decided that it was time to get an account and step out of the shadows of "guest" status.
