Apparently EA has finally decided to do something with the Ultima license (non-MMOwise, anyway), as they've just launched a website dedicated to an upcoming free-to-play strategy game called Lord of Ultima. The game is being developed by SpellForce creators Phenomic Studios (now EA Phenomic), so one can only hope that it will turn out to be a strategy/RPG hybrid at the very least. Why they continue to shun the franchise's original heritage, though, is beyond me.
